Simbahan ng Santissima Trinidad

Established on November 12, 2007, this is the youngest of the six parishes born out of the Parish of the Immaculate Conception in Batangas City.

It is in the middle of a new commercial district, in Pallocan West of Batangas City. Its impressively built new church stands on a 6,000-square-meter donated site accessible to the villages in the eastern part of the city.these constructions became possible through the aid of benefactors and the thousands of parishioners from the different villages of the Parish of the Most Holy Trinity.

The parish’s formation modules on “stewardship” (Bente Ko Kada Linggo, Adobeng BAto ng Santatlo Campaign) became the cornerstone of the most of the parishioners’ involvement not only in financial aid to the construction but also in the numerous pastoral activities of the parish.A big accomplishment is the harnessing of greater involvement of men in the church. The parish has formed an association of mostly male citizens, who are called “Katiwala ni San Jose” (Caretakers of Saint Joseph). It has also engendered active participation of the youth in “Barkadang Santissima Trinidad” (Circle of Friends of the Holy Trinity).

The parish was established at a time the Archdiocese of Lipa was starting three years of preparation for its centennial. The parish church represents the realization of a dream of the former Archbishop of Lipa, Gaudencio Cardinal Rosales, who wanted a place that would be the Shrine of the Glorious Cross as a continuous homage to God by the Batangas faithful in celebration of the Centennial Jubilee Year 2010.
